Yes. We provide professional in-room massage in hotels, villas, condos and private residences. Because each property has its own visitor policies, guests should confirm that external therapists are allowed to enter before the appointment.

Playa del Carmen is our main service area. We also serve Playacar Phase 1 and Phase 2, as well as selected residential, hotel and vacation rental areas in Cancún. Nearby locations may be available upon request, depending on travel time and therapist availability.

Most locations within our regular service area do not require an additional travel fee. For locations farther from Playa del Carmen or outside our standard coverage, a transportation fee may apply. If applicable, it will always be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

For most regular massage treatments, we recommend booking at least 5 hours in advance, subject to availability. Promotional services require at least 24 hours’ notice, while Signature Experiences should be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.

You can request an appointment through WhatsApp or email. Please include your exact location, preferred service, number of guests, requested date and preferred time. Our team will confirm coverage, access requirements and therapist availability before finalizing the reservation.

Please provide a clean and comfortable area with enough space for the massage table and for the therapist to move safely around it. If you are staying in a hotel, resort or gated residence, please arrange access before the appointment.

Payment conditions depend on the service selected and are confirmed before the appointment. Promotional services are paid in cash. For regular massages and Signature Experiences, our team will confirm the available payment options when arranging the reservation.
